ABSTRACT
Adolescence is a period of mental turmoil, a period of transition or on a rocking
bridge, which connects dependent childhood with mature and independent
adulthood. This situation shows how teenagers need help to solve the reproductive
health problems they face through making the right decisions so they don't harm
themselves or their future. One of the efforts that can be done to help adolescents
solve the reproductive health problems they face is through understanding
reproductive knowledge. Adolescent reproductive health information services aim
to assist adolescents by exploring the conditions and problems they face, so that
adolescents are able to make the right decisions in solving problems and what they
see around them. The research method used is the method of preparation and
implementation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the
implementing team conducted a pre-test to students in order to make it easier for
the implementing team to carry out the material to be conveyed through analysis
and basic knowledge to students then the implementing team delivered the material
and had a question and answer session and then students who wanted to consult
about the problems experienced, students are allowed to come to the
implementation team post or ask for the implementing team's phone number.
INTRODUCTION
Lately, in several mass media, we often read about criminal acts that have occurred in our beloved
country. There are teenagers who sleep with their biological mothers, fights between students, brawls,
drug and alcohol abuse and many other crimes that occur in this country. Moral corruption has spread
to all levels of society, from children to adults and the elderly (Satchell, Corr, & Latzman, 2022).
Including those who are not spared from this moral damage are teenagers. Education experts agree
that adolescents are those aged 13-18 years. At that age, a person has already surpassed childhood, but
is still not mature enough to be considered an adult. He is in a period of transition and search for identity,
which is why he often commits acts known as juvenile delinquency (Levi-Belz, Dichter, & Zerach,
2022).
Juvenile delinquency includes all behaviors that deviate from the norms of criminal law committed
by juveniles. Such behavior will harm himself and those around him. The problem of juvenile
delinquency began to receive special public attention since the formation of a juvenile court in 1899 in
Illinois, United States (Tokarz, 2022).
Adolescence is a period of mental turmoil, a period of transition or on a rocking bridge, which
connects dependent childhood with mature and independent adulthood. Adolescence is a period of
transition from childhood to adulthood which is marked by various changes, both physical,
psychological, and social (Zaman et al., 2022) These changes can cause problems that may interfere
with the development of later adolescents. Among the problems faced by adolescents are reproductive
health problems (Nunu, Makhado, Mabunda, & Lebese, 2022).
According to several studies compiled by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board
(BKKBN), from time to time it turns out that reproductive health problems faced by adolescents are

increasing both quantitatively and qualitatively (Duadji & Tresiana, 2022) Various types of Sexually
Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are increasingly occurring in adolescents. Even the behavior of sexual
relations before marriage is increasingly being carried out by teenagers, and it is very unfortunate that
not a few teenagers who carry out abortions or abortions which reach 28.4% of existing abortion cases,
this data is taken from the 2008 BKKBN (Millanzi, Kibusi, & Osaki, 2022)
This situation shows how teenagers need help to solve the reproductive health problems they face
through making the right decisions so they don't harm themselves or their future. One of the efforts that
can be done to help adolescents solve the reproductive health problems they face is through
understanding reproductive knowledge (Fakoya et al., 2022)
In an effort to help adolescents have the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors that are responsible
for their reproductive health, counseling activities as part of the operation of the adolescent reproductive
health program are very strategic activities (Schaaf et al., 2022)
As it is known that adolescence is an unstable period that will experience psychological changes,
from facing minor problems as a child to more complicated problems when stepping on a teenager.
Therefore, adolescents must gain an understanding of knowledge through audio-visual-assisted
information services, especially in dealing with their unstable psychological state (Egbert, Smith,
Ranzenhofer, Goldschmidt, & Hilbert, 2022). Adolescent reproductive health information service is a
form of two-way communication between teachers and students in solving problems faced by
adolescent reproductive health activities. Adolescent reproductive health information services aim to
assist adolescents by exploring the conditions and problems they face, so that adolescents are able to
make the right decisions in solving problems and what they see around them (Dayal & Gundi, 2022)
Adolescent reproductive health information service is a form of two-way communication between
teachers and students in solving problems faced by adolescent reproductive health activities (binti
Shuib, bin Mohd Yasin, & bin Tahar, 2022). Adolescent reproductive health information services aim
to help adolescents by exploring the conditions and problems they face, so that adolescents are able to
make the right decisions in solving problems and what they see around them. In the SMP 1 and SMA
PGRI CIAWI BOGOR areas, teenagers showed dating behavior, this occurred during the interview
process carried out by team members during friendship and at the same time providing dedication to
different topics. General topics are topics of mutual concern such as the dangers of free sex, while
special topics are personal problems experienced by each student such as problems with friends or
girlfriends, so this requires special understanding. Both general topics and topics specifically discussed
through the atmosphere of providing knowledge through audio-visual-assisted information services
(Clifford & Feigh, 2022)
In the implementation of providing an understanding of Islamic reproductive health for
adolescents, not only provide free information to adolescents based on science and psychology, but also
include Islamic concepts that aim to form teenagers with noble character (Emenike, Onukwugha, Sarki,
& Smith, 2022).
METHOD RESEARCH
1. The preparation stage, includes:
a. Identification of students who are dating can be done by asking for data from their
respective homeroom teachers, which students are dating.
b. Analyze the data and consult with the principal, vice principal, homeroom and student
affairs then formulate reproductive materials according to the problems experienced by
the implementation team
c. Provide reproductive knowledge questionnaires (pre-test) to students about reproductive
knowledge as a material for comparison of student knowledge

d. Then the implementing team analyzes the questionnaire that has been filled in by the
student
2. Implementation phase, includes:
a. In the implementation of this workshop and counseling service, students will act as active,
participatory participants in listening to directions and knowledge about reproductive
health. In addition to listening to descriptions from resource persons, students will be given
the opportunity to learn directly and ask questions. After the description and question and
answer are completed, students are given a questionnaire about the level of knowledge
they have after the material process is given. Next, the implementing team conducted a
post-test after the reproductive material was presented to students in order to measure the
level of students' understanding after the material was delivered.
b. Implementers carry out follow-up, namely conducting a counseling process with students
who consult the problems they are experiencing
c. After the counseling process was carried out, the team transferred the case to the BK
teacher.
The implementation drawings are as follows:
Framework for implementing the understanding of Islamic reproduction as a Muhammadiyah
da'wah movement.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
The results of activities that discuss adolescent reproductive health, the implementing team
provides information that it is important to understand how important it is to understand students who
are entering their teens with the attraction of the opposite sex, if this is not given an understanding to
students, then student behavior will lead to negative and negative behavior. even get pregnant out of
wedlock. This is not in accordance with Islamic teachings, so the community service implementation
team is important to provide this to students who are entering their teens.

having a meeting with the teacher team in advance to discuss what things needed to be conveyed and
formulated to students. in order to make it easier for teachers during the learning process and the
guidance process if students experience problems both related to the attraction of the opposite sex or
other problems. From the results of the pre-test and post-test, it was found that the students from the
pre-test (74.5), post-test 1 (98.8) showed that the average score was still in the medium category and in
post-test 2 (116.4) it showed that the average score is included in the high category. Meanwhile, based
on qualitative analysis, through the process of observation and interviews, it showed that there was an
increase in students' understanding of reproductive health from the post test results, students had
understood reproductive health, were less shy and were more open when communicating with other
students, and students were able to understand their sense of responsibility towards others. themselves,
build, coordinate and exchange ideas with other students. In addition, students also feel happy in
participating in the material and discussions and feel concerned about reproductive health.
CONCLUSION
The results of activities that discuss adolescent reproductive health, the implementing team provides
