Cases involving children as perpetrators or victims of criminal acts pose a challenge to the justice system, given the differences in the legal treatment of children and adults. This study aims to analyze the forms of criminal acts involving minors in the area, as well as their impact on law enforcement, both in terms of the implementation of child protection regulations and applicable legal procedures. Through this study, it is expected to find a solution to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement and provide maximum protection for children involved in criminal acts.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Robertus Hadi Susanto, Binsar Jon Vichttps://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25480Reconstructing Ownership and Legal Certainty of Land Experiencing Liquefaction to Protect Community Rights2025-06-18T03:44:24+00:00Antoni Antonitoni14@yahoo.comBinsar Jon Vicbinsar_jon@borobudur.ac.id
This study aims to examine the impact of liquefaction on land ownership status and reconstruction strategies that can be applied to ensure legal certainty and protection of the rights of affected communities. The liquefaction phenomenon that causes physical changes to the land can eliminate land boundaries and ownership documents, creating legal challenges in determining the status of land ownership after a disaster. The research discusses the laws and regulations governing destroyed land and the land rights elimination based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021, as well as the role of the National Land Agency (BPN) in land reconstruction through systematic registration and land redistribution. This study also identifies the importance of mapping technology and participatory approaches in land reconstruction to overcome administrative difficulties and ownership conflicts and provides policy recommendations to ensure the protection of community rights after a liquefaction disaster.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Antoni Antoni, Binsar Jon Vichttps://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25471The Influence of Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, and Trust on Investment Decision-Making in Cryptocurrency Among Millennials in Jabodetabek2025-06-14T04:27:11+00:00Yosua Pepris Karbekayosuakarbeka@gmail.comUmbu Lily Pekuwaliyosuakarbeka@gmail.comDetji K. It holds immunity rights, shielding it from arrest, detention, interrogation, prosecution, or litigation. In practice, however, the Blockchain Ombudsman faces lawsuits from the public in court. This undermines legal certainty and disrupts the separation of powers in Indonesia’s digital governance. This study employs normative legal research with statutory, historical, and conceptual approaches. Findings reveal that the Blockchain Ombudsman emerged in Indonesia to protect user rights and address the need for power separation in modern blockchain-based governance. Its immunity rights originate from universal Ombudsman practices codified in law but require tailored regulatory frameworks. The execution of the Blockchain Ombudsman’s functions, duties, and authorities is intrinsically linked to functional immunity. Consequently, it cannot be sued or reported to other enforcement entities (e.g., regulatory agencies or decentralized autonomous organizations). Objections to maladministration audit outcomes may be raised internally via complaint mechanisms or externally by contesting the underlying issue in court.
2025-06-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Yosua Pepris Karbeka, Umbu Lily Pekuwali, Detji K. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative model, data was gathered through in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, including the Tourism Agency, tour managers, and tourists. The results of the study show that all the main elements of IMC have been implemented, including advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, interactive marketing, and word of mouth. This strategy has proven effective in increasing the visibility and interest of both domestic and international tourists. Furthermore, the active participation of local communities, such as Pokdarwis and tour guides, also contributes to strengthening the tourist experience and enhancing the overall destination appeal. However, the research also identified several problems in the actualization of the IMC strategy, such as illegal collection practices, weak coordination in the management of Grojogan Sewu as a new destination, and the suboptimal utilization of the digital application "Lumajang Tourism." In addition, the lack of periodic evaluation and consistency in promotional messaging also presents obstacles. As a solution, the researcher recommends strengthening the Community-Based Tourism (CBT) approach so that local communities are not only implementers, but also the main drivers in tourism promotion. By integrating the principles of IMC and CBT, tourism development can proceed in an inclusive and sustainable manner, with significant implications for enhancing the welfare of local communities.
2025-06-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Sherina Syarofa, Teguh Priyo Sadono, Bambang Sigit Pramono https://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25489Prevention of Alzheimer's in Elderly2025-06-24T04:49:42+00:00Happy Marsyaninawati@fpsi.untar.ac.idNinawati Ninawatininawati@fpsi.untar.ac.idJenny Kezianinawati@fpsi.untar.ac.idYolanda Devina Dinataninawati@fpsi.untar.ac.idJuvinto Juvintoninawati@fpsi.untar.ac.id
The increasing number of elderly individuals across countries has brought about new health challenges, one of which is the rising risk of Alzheimer's disease, characterized by progressive cognitive decline. A major problem identified in this study is the lack of public awareness regarding non-pharmacological preventive measures for Alzheimer’s. The objective of this activity is to educate elderly participants about effective preventive strategies, including physical activity, reminiscence therapy, and proper brain nutrition. The method used was a psychoeducational seminar conducted on May 20, 2025, in Jakarta, with 15 elderly participants. Evaluation was performed using a pre-test and post-test design, analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. Results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge after the seminar (p = 0.003), with the majority demonstrating improved post-test scores. The findings suggest that community-based health education is highly effective in improving elderly understanding of Alzheimer’s prevention. Collaborative efforts between community organizations and health institutions are needed to expand such outreach. This study also serves as a practical model for community service programs that can be replicated in other demographic contexts to promote brain health literacy and preventive behavior.
2025-06-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Happy Marsya, Ninawati Ninawati, Jenny Kezia, Yolanda Devina Dinata, Juvinto Juvintohttps://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25481Strengthening the Regulatory Aspects of Special Economic Zones in Indonesia as a Key Factor Driving Economic Growth in Indonesia2025-06-18T03:43:17+00:00Elen Setiadielensetiadi@gmail.comKMS Hermankms_herman@borobudur.ac.id
Special Economic Zones (SEZs) have a strategic role in driving national economic growth through increased investment, job creation, and strengthening industrial competitiveness. However, the implementation of SEZs in Indonesia still faces various regulatory obstacles that hinder the effectiveness and optimization of the potential of the area. This study aims to analyze the importance of strengthening regulatory aspects in SEZ management as the main factor in accelerating Indonesia's economic growth. Using a normative legal approach and policy analysis, this study finds that regulatory harmonization, ease of licensing, and legal certainty are crucial elements in creating a conducive business climate in SEZs. Integrated and adaptive regulatory reforms to global dynamics are needed to optimize the role of SEZs as the driving force of the national economy.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Elen Setiadi, KMS Hermanhttps://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25474Digital Transformation of Notary Deed Minutes Towards Electronic Format with the Utilization of Blockchain Technology for Efficiency and Security of Data Storage2025-06-18T03:45:10+00:00Mustopa Mustopanotaris.mustopa@yahoo.co.idKMS Hermankms_herman@borobudur.ac.id
The development of digital technology has encouraged various sectors to transform, including in the field of notary. One significant change is the transition of notarial deed minutes from physical paper to electronic form. This transformation not only provides efficiency in terms of storage space but also opens up opportunities to improve data security and reliability through the use of blockchain technology. Blockchain, with its decentralized and transparent nature, protects against forgery, loss, or manipulation of data. With the digitization and integration of blockchain-based storage systems, archiving notarial deeds can be more efficient, faster, and safer, and in line with the needs of modernizing legal and administrative systems in the digital era.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Mustopa Mustopa, KMS Herman https://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25469The Influence of Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance and Trust on Cryptocurrency Investment Decision-Making on The Millennial Generation In Jabodetabek2025-06-14T04:28:32+00:00Andhika Muhammad Fadil Trisnoandhikamuhammadfadil@apps.ipb.ac.idAnna Fariyantianfari@apps.ipb.ac.idLukytawati Anggraenilukytawati@apps.ipb.ac.id
Cryptocurrency investment among millennials in Jabodetabek has surged, driven by the increasing adoption of digital assets despite their inherent risks, such as price volatility and regulatory uncertainty. This study investigates the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance, and trust on cryptocurrency investment decision-making using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The research aims to explore how attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, in addition to financial literacy, risk tolerance, and trust, impact investment decisions. A quantitative approach was adopted, surveying 325 millennial investors in Jabodetabek. The findings reveal that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, risk tolerance, and trust significantly influence investment intentions and behaviors. However, financial literacy was found to have no direct effect on investment intentions, indicating that millennials may invest despite limited financial knowledge, influenced instead by positive attitudes and social factors. This highlights the importance of psychological factors such as trust and risk tolerance in guiding investment decisions in cryptocurrency markets. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers, financial educators, and cryptocurrency platforms to enhance financial literacy and support more responsible investment practices among millennials.
2025-06-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Andhika Muhammad Fadil Trisno, Anna Fariyanti, Lukytawati Anggraenihttps://devotion.greenvest.co.id/index.php/dev/article/view/25492 Analysis of Whatsapp Chat Usage as Court Evidence2025-06-23T04:49:30+00:00Benedicta Ingrid Deviriana101053240096@student.uph.eduDinda Nurdianti201053240064@student.uph.eduFioren Tirta Chandra01053240067@student.uph.eduMuhamad Nagib401053240123@student.uph.eduXena Danella 501053240079@student.uph.edu
This article examines the use of WhatsApp chats as evidence in Indonesian court proceedings, a matter of growing relevance due to technological advancements in digital communication. The research evaluates the legal validity and evidentiary weight of WhatsApp chats, focusing on applicable regulations and judicial practices. Using case studies and juridical analysis, the study explores authentication and verification challenges for digital evidence—specifically WhatsApp conversations—in legal contexts. Results indicate that while Indonesia’s legal framework (including the ITE Law and PERMA No. 1 of 2024) recognizes electronic evidence, persistent issues include chat manipulation risks and non-standardized submission protocols. The paper emphasizes establishing technical standards for digital evidence and advocates for reinforced verification mechanisms. These findings carry significant implications for legal practitioners and policymakers, proposing regulatory and procedural enhancements to safeguard electronic evidence integrity within the judicial system.
2025-06-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Benedicta Ingrid Deviriana, Dinda Nurdianti, Fioren Tirta Chandra, Muhamad Nagib, Xena Danella
