Website and Social Media Promotion at The Cigadung Creative Tourism Village

This Experiential Learning Project (ELP) project implemented For strengthen digital visibility of Tourism Village Creative Cigadung, destination creative set through Mayor's Decree No. 556/Kep.953-DISBUDPAR/2020 however previously own limitations in digital marketing infrastructure and strategies . Through official website development , social media management (TikTok and Instagram), as well as digital strategy pocket book preparation , project This aim build foundation structured promotion at a time increase capacity manager in management content . Methodology project covering observation fieldwork , interviews , content strategy implementation , and weekly monitoring through supervision–coaching–mentoring mechanism . Implementation results show improvement significant , including 190 visitors unique website that exceeds initial KPI (10–20 visits ), social media engagement that reaches the target of 2%, and improvement visit traveler from 1 visit in October to 7 visits in November 2025, with part big visitors contact manager through contact on the website. Findings This show that the digital strategy implemented contribute direct to improvement exposure , access information and visits tourism . Recommendations advanced covers development system digital reservations , strengthening storytelling, optimization TikTok content , as well as expansion support funding promotion For guard sustainability management destination .
